However, if you want to be more comfortable than that, he said, there are some shoes that fit the bill, such as a medium to high heel or medium-low toe.
He said the mid- to high-foot width of a woman’s shoe is usually a good idea, as it gives the shoe the stability that women tend to need, as well as providing a better fit.
“The mid-foot is the place where the muscles of the foot lie.
It is also the place that is where your toes meet your heels, which means that it is the ideal place for your feet to sit on top of each other, which is a good thing,” said Nolan.
