The shoes Balencom and Clarks shoes are becoming an important part of women’s workplaces.
It’s an important change that has helped women’s careers grow, but also contributed to a trend of women wearing them.
The two brands say they are not trying to replace traditional shoes, but they are looking to change how they’re perceived and marketed.
In an exclusive interview with CBC News, Balenco’s founder, Balem Cilva, said the brands aim to change the way they are perceived, as well as what the shoes actually look like.
“We have a lot of shoes, they are just not the same as when we were in the 70s, 80s, 90s,” said Cilvaso.
“So I think we’re trying to change that by changing how we are perceived.”
The brand has been growing in popularity and in sales, but it’s still relatively small compared to its larger competitors.
Cilvaso said they started selling shoes in 2012.
“The biggest challenge that we have is when we are doing things that are not the way we used to be in the past,” he said.
“But we have a great team of designers that do this in the best way possible.”
The two shoes that the company markets are the Balencos Pro Sport Shoes and the Balena Pro Shoes.
“These are the most popular shoes for women.
I mean the Pro Sport is the most beautiful shoe for women,” said Eleni Cilvana, who runs a retail store in the city of Sarnia, Canada.
“It is a super comfortable shoe.
The Pro is great for the foot, the toe is nice, it has a good heel and the rubber is very soft.”
The shoes are made of polyurethane foam, which is made from cowhide.
It absorbs moisture and is very comfortable.
“Women are buying these shoes to help them with their feet,” said Ms Cilava.
“If they wear them, they say they feel good.
I can’t say the same for men, because they think they have to wear shoes for the man to feel good.”
She added that the Balenos Pro is the best shoe for both women and men.
“When I wear it, I feel great.
I don’t feel like I have to change anything,” said Mrs Cilvinas.
“Because I know the way it feels on my feet.”
Balencinas shoes were created to be able to deliver the support they need to keep their feet moving without the extra pressure that traditional shoes have.
But they also have an added benefit.
“They feel great, the comfort level, the support, they don’t give you a sore foot,” said Mr Cilvilas.
For some women, this is a major plus, as they can feel their feet on the other side of the body.
For others, it’s not such a benefit.
The company says that its goal is to increase sales of the shoes.
“Our aim is to provide women with better footwear that will make their feet feel great for years to come,” said BalenCinvas.
“For many years women have wanted to wear BalenClaus shoes.
They have been a very popular choice, because we are very proud of our product and the work that we are putting into this.”
While there are other shoe companies making shoes for men and women, Balena is the first to make them for women, with its Balen Couture and Balen Ciel.
“I think we have the best balance,” said CEO, Eleni Balen.
“BalenClaues shoes, Balencours shoes, are great for women as well, as the women like the comfort, and they can wear them with socks, or they can go in the shower and they don`t have to go out, because it feels good.
And I think this is why they are a great choice for us, because of the comfort.”
The company has been selling the shoes at its retail stores in Canada and in the United States since 2015.
The brand also has a line of men’s and women’s shoes.
The Balenclaus are made from a high-quality polyurene foam and are made to last for 10,000 wears.
“With this foam, it is very durable, it stays really soft,” said Dr Cilvia.
“You can wear these for up to 10,0000 wearings.
So you can wear a Balen Claus shoe for 10 years.”
There are also two other products made for women: the Balencues shoes and the Pro Ciel shoes.
Women can also purchase the Balens shoes as a gift for their friends or loved ones.
“There are so many things women love about the Balenhos,” said the Balenes’ CEO, Dr Cinvaso, adding that the shoes have been very popular among
